Services · Freight & customs

Bulk moves, cleared and accounted for.

Bulk and cross-border consignments, coordinated end to end: freight, customs and the road leg after it. One party is responsible for the whole chain, and the cargo can land as counted stock rather than as a problem on a dock.

One party responsible, port to door.

Freight forwarding, clearing and haulage are usually three companies who each hold one part of the answer. When a consignment stalls, none of them owns it, and you become the coordinator of your own cargo.

We take the whole chain. The same account that clears a container also carries it inland and, if you want, counts it into a hub, so the handover between legs is internal rather than yours to manage.

One consignment, one status, whichever leg it happens to be on.

How a consignment moves

The handovers that usually cost you a week happen inside one company.

01

You send the paperwork

Invoice, packing list, bill of lading. We tell you what is missing before it becomes a delay, not after.

02

We clear it

Declaration, duties and the agent handling are coordinated by us. You are told the status, not asked to chase it.

03

We move it

Off the port and onto the road, to your warehouse, your hub with us, or split across both.

04

It becomes stock

Delivered into a Haulstow hub, the consignment is counted in and appears as sellable stock the same day.

What we handle

Sea and air, inbound

Tema and Takoradi by sea, Kotoka by air, on your terms of trade.

Customs coordination

Classification, declaration and duty handled as one job with the freight.

Cross-border road

Regional overland legs where a neighbouring market is the origin or the destination.

Straight into fulfilment

Land a container and have it counted into a hub rather than into a backlog.

Who this is for

  • Importers bringing in containers who are tired of coordinating three separate agents.
  • Retailers whose stock sits at the port while the shop floor runs empty.
  • Manufacturers moving inputs in and finished goods out on the same relationship.
  • Businesses buying regionally and needing the overland leg handled properly.

Tell us what is landing.

Send us the origin, the mode and roughly what is in it. We come back with what it will take.
